Recently had Spiral Garage Door out for a tune up.  Our garage door had intermittently been not wanting to close but no clear issue.  They came out right away, did a full inspection and adjusted several things including the spring and sensors.  Clearly very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Mark came by the same day I called him to take a look at our door. We needed a new opener installed. He was able to come back that same week and took care of everything. Absolutely outstanding service! Mark stopped by and did an incredible job tuning up my garage door. He found and fixed several things I didn’t even realize needed attention, and the door is now running smoother, quieter, and better than it has in years.

He also installed Green Hinge garage door hinges, which pull the door tighter against the seals and should make a big difference in keeping the garage warmer during our Minnesota winters. You can immediately tell the door seals much better than it did before.

Mark was extremely knowledgeable, professional, thorough, and clearly takes pride in doing the job right instead of just doing the bare minimum. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond like this.

Mark arrived on time in a professional manner at my residence having three 10 ft garage doors. Mark performed the service work and lubrication with precision and care - no drips of oil/grease anywhere! The owner came out to give me an estimate on replacing the rubber trim, the bottom seal and a tune-up. He was able to adjust the rails which eliminated the light and wind that blew thru the sides of the door. This saved me money as I didn't need to purchase the rubber side trim. He gave me tips to help the longevity of my garage door. No big sales pitch trying to sell product i didn't need. I had a great experience, the owner was down to earth and listened to my concerns.

Mark was courteous, professional, and punctual. He gave an upfront quote with no hidden fees or up-selling. He efficiently replaced the cables, adjusted the springs and opener, and lubed everything.
