About Spiral Garage Door
Local Roots.
Personal Service.
Spiral Garage Door was founded in Hastings, Minnesota, on a simple belief: when someone works on your home, you deserve straight answers and work you can count on.
I started Spiral after years of working for garage door companies, large and small. I saw how easily a service call could become more about the company than the customer. Technicians were rushed and short-staffed. Some were paid to sell more rather than fix what was actually wrong. I wanted to build a company that works differently.— Mark Cook, Founder
Every Spiral visit follows the same standard. We inspect the whole door, show you what we find, and recommend only what it actually needs. If something needs attention, we’ll explain why. If it can wait, we’ll tell you that too. You’ll understand your options and decide what’s right for your home, without pressure.

Our Name
The Bridge to Our Name
The name Spiral Garage Door is inspired by the historic Spiral Bridge that once stood in Hastings, Minnesota. The bridge was a unique local landmark known for its distinctive design and connection to the community.
Although the bridge is gone, its legacy remains an important part of Hastings history. We chose the name to honor our hometown. Today, we’re proud to carry that legacy forward by serving homeowners and businesses throughout Hastings and the Twin Cities metro.
